Amanda Brugel
Pointe Claire (February 27, 2010 (February 27, 2010) Toronto ON). Pointe Claire is an unassuming community that is located on the West Island, which is part of the Montreal island. People who don't understand the name mistakenly believe that they are on the West Island extends westward from Montreal. Actually, the West Island includes everything westward from Lachine. Lachine. Amanda Brugel grew up on this island, and it is commonly known as the place where she was born. It is true that she stayed there for a short duration. Brugel was raised in Courtice near Oshawa Ontario. Her early ambition was to become a dancer, but a growth spurt meant that she literally outgrew her dance partner. The article she wrote about her experience revealed that was published in The Toronto Star that she is 6'1" tall and wears heels. As soon as I outgrew my male counterparts and stopped dancing, I quit. Some former dancers switch to acting, and in the case of Brugel, it was a suggestion from a high school drama teacher that led her in the right direction. The teacher was the one who advised her to audition as Anne in their annual school production. The school's production was a success and she was selected to play the lead character in Anne of Green Gables after she had a go at. The show was granted an Fine Arts Talent Scholarship to take part in York University's Theater Program and graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts. Through the years that followed, Brugel has landed roles in more than 60 productions on both small and large screens, attracting the greatest attention when she landed the character as Rita in the award-winning show The Handmaid's Tale (pictured below). Brugel was the character Rita in the Handmaid's Tale, a series that was filmed over ten years ago.
