Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor is best known for his part in the television show 'Law & Order Special Victims Unit. Meloni discovered his passion for acting in his early days at the college classroom and then studied acting in the University of Colorado at Boulder. Although he's been active on film and television but it was his character on the small screen that earned him a cult fans. His ability to play characters on both sides of law is what has caught the attention of viewers. He was the voice of a serial killer in his first television series project but later went on to play the role of an NYPD detective. Multiple times he was recognized for his work in the highly coveted Emmy Awards, and the PRISM Awards. It is his trademark striking blue eyes that can be said to help the actor look gorgeous. They've assisted in convey tough characters in a charming manner. The year 2006 was the last time he appeared on People's Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive list.
